According to the department, the candidates will be allowed to fill the online application form till 16th June by 5 PM. after it, no application forms will be considered valid. Forcefully filled online application form will be considered invalid and will be rejected by Staff Selection Commission (SSC).

The department has updated the exam pattern for Tier - I. It is not a good news for the candidates who are going to participate in SSC CGL Tier 1 Examination that is to be organized from 1st August to 20 August 2017. In Tier- 1 the department has changed the time duration from 75 minutes to 60 minutes only. Now the candidates will get only 1 hour to solve 100 questions that will carry 200 marks.
