Similarly, in commerce stream 46,877 students appeared in the exams and 71.48% girls and 44.59% boys got the first division.
The previous year, 89.05% students among 565,930 students from the arts stream passed the Class 12 exam. Girls were better than the boys students as 91.35% were declared successful.
